Black Late Victorian/Early Edwardian Outfit

Description:
  • Victorian top blouse with underskirt and overskirt outfit
  • has a corset type top fold over
  • all silk
  • black beads
  • all handmade
  • steampunk / goth style
  • ruffled accent on shoulder bust areas and sleeve ends
  • underskirt with lace overskirt
  • it is breathable
Condition:
  • as-is, no returns
  • silk is tattered, great for theater or design purposes
  • starting to give way on top of shoulders
  • otherwise very good overall
  • overskirt is very good
  • underskirt has a tear right below the waistline

From me:

This could either be very late 1890's or early 1900's based on the styling. I'm leaning to the later right now.
