•Machine stitching, evidences of hand stitching, some repairs/possible alterations

From me:

1868 or so based on the ridiculously high waistline. Also, this seller gets the most horrid display ever award. Seriously people, sometimes it is better just to lay the outfit on the floor and take pictures that way.
